Our persistence has paid off. After a slowdown following the release of Trial of Valor and some roster issues through Nighthold, we stabilized in Tomb and managed to hop from US Rank 295 to 103. We’re not slowing down, either.
Raid Qualities We Value
Self Preparation & Evaluation
No one wants to be micromanaged. Come prepared and be willing to do what it takes to improve. Officers will do a lot of the heavy lifting, but individual preparation and evaluation are key. Basic raid preparation and understanding of mechanics can shave hours off progression.
Patience & Constructive Input
Leadership has a difficult and often thankless job. Please be patient as we try things out; some will work and some won’t. From loot council to roster decisions, trust that if you’re on our raid team, we’ll look out for you. If you have solid suggestions, let us know. We are dedicated to continuous improvement.
Positivity
The guild is here to provide a positive gaming community for those who choose to play here. The environment will be positive in culture and progressive in nature. In short, we don’t tolerate toxicity.
Reliability
In order to progress and achieve as much as possible, we all have to do our part. Reliability is important. If you can’t make a raid, please notify us. We understand life happens and have a roster to account for that, but don’t leave us hanging!
